My OSSV backup is failing with the following error message and i have no idea how to adjust these options.

filer2:/vol01: The data transfer from serverA:F:/ to filer2:/vol01/qtree01 is not complete yet. You need to retry more times or wait for more time by changing either option: dpMaxGetStatusRetries or dpGetStatusRetryInterval.dpMaxGetStatusRetries=10,dpGetStatusRetryInterval=300

Is this a global option on the dfm server?  If i set it, does it apply to all OSSV host transfers?  Thanks

Yes, it’s a global options.

If i set it, does it apply to all OSSV host transfers?

No. It applies only to those which hit this failure and not used always though.

Great, thanks.  I'm going to upgrade my DFM server now and then set those dfm options.

I am getting the error message stated in Bug 365167, however my DFM server is 4.02.  It looks like there is a DFM 5 now. I wasn't aware of OnCommand, so I guess that's the next upgrade.
