We have brought up a FAS3210. Initially, this was manageable via OnCommand. However, this is no longer the case. The system is discoverable via OnCommand. The system is also accessible via the SP and MGMT IP. I can log in to both the SP and MGMT with the configured username and password.
Any advice would be helpful.

I have the same problems with FAS3270 running 8.0.1.
I get Connection Timed out
The I saw this post https://communities.netapp.com/message/65002#65002
Which says to re-setup ssl. Now things are working fine.
Try that and see if that fixes your issue too.
