OneCollect.exe has stopped working while running ONTAP Data Collection job

While running ONTAP Solution Data Collection jobs against an 8-node and 10-node ONTAP 9.2P1 cluster, the OneCollect application crashes with error "OneCollect.exe has stopped working" (see screenshot). Collection job completed on a different 6-node cluster but it also failed twice before completing the third time.
Running on Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 64-bit with 8GB of RAM.
Has anyone else seen this or have any recommendations?

Please try changing the timeout value for command execution. Refer https://library.netapp.com/ecm/ecm_get_file/ECMLP2672457 Changing the default timeout for command execution section on page 25
