Hi all, I'm in a very similar situation to @itgod_cluelessdog with his question "Reuse hardware of NetApp H410C - unable to boot" https://community.netapp.com/t5/SolidFire-and-HCI/Reuse-hardware-of-NetApp-H410C-unable-to-boot/m-p/456936 I'd like to repurpose my 4 H410S nodes, they contain quality CPUs, quite a handful of RAM and 6 SSDs each. A VMware vSAN playground should be achievable. However, the nodes are equipped with BIOS NA2.1 dating back to 2017, and booting a USB Key in UEFI boot mode does not seem to be supported. I tried to find newer HCI Storage Node firmware at mysupport, but failed. HCI Compute Node firmware is available, though. Could you point me to the newest firmware for NetApp HCI H410S nodes? That would be awesome. Thanks, Raoul.

Hello folks, I tried to install Linux (openSUSE Leap 15.6 / ubuntu 24.04 LTS) on our NetApp H410C via the IPMI. I tried to boot from the virtual CDROM and from an USB key. I tried using UEFI and also legacy boot mode. Nothing worked, I was unable to boot. Has anyone an idea what could be wrong? BIOS version configured virtual CD-ROM BIOS boot settings boot menu failed to boot (AD)

When the customer inquired via case, the answer was that the latency displayed in ActiveIQ includes the communication time between the client and SolidFire. Also, the answer was that there was no past performance data in SupportBundle. (Latency of Solid alone cannot be checked from SupportBundle.) In this case, do I need to choose the following method to check the past Latency of Solidfire alone? ・Using OnCommand Insight/Cloud Insignt ・Using Grafana (https://grafana.com/grafana/dashboards/14025) Or is it not possible to check the latency of Solidfire alone, because the latency information is based on the time it takes for the client to respond with an ACK after the packet arrives successfully?

Hi all, I've created 5 volume replications between 2 nodes of an HCI cluster. The original volumes have been around for some time and each have about 10TB of data. How can I monitor the percentage of data that has already been replicated, or even if it has started and has no errors? The only messages available in the web interface are "PausedDisconnected" and "ResumingConnected," which doesn't seem to be replicating. Thanks Carlos Baptista

I've been doing some work on SolidFire replication reporting and in addition to the more basic "broken volume pair" type of report I also created a bit more complicated version (see the screenshot which shows a view from each of the paired clusters; most of these volume relationships are broken for the purpose of finding various problems). Volume relationships report view from 2 clusters Does anyone have this problem in real life? If yes, what kind of problems? Do people delete relationships on just one side, or even paired volumes? I've been thinking to rewrite my script and post it, but I don't know if anyone needs this level of detail.
