Active IQ Unified Manager Discussions
We have an old FAS2520 in the cluster setup. We want to remove these. Unfortunately we cannot remove the system, it remains at Operation "Deletion" (Operation state "In Progress"). We restarted the Active IQ Manager, to no avail. The system has also been decommissioned for a long time. We use Active IQ Manager 9.13P1. Does anyone have an idea what else we can do?

The system is now out of the cluster setup. We have disabled autosupport and the Unified User. We were then able to easily remove the system from the cluster overview in the Active IQ Manager.
Hi. Did you try to remove the node via Gui? If so, thats never a good option. Did you follow the netapp guide on how to remove Nodes from a cluster?
Did you move the epsilon to another cluster node, which will not get unjoined? And did you also check the the elegibility is false for the node, you want to remove?
Best regards
Kai
We're now having the same problem with a FAS2750, which we can't remove from the cluster setup. As with the FAS2520 last year, we removed the unified user and stopped autosupport. A reboot from AIQUM was unsuccessful. The deletion operation always remains in "failed" mode. The system doesn't have an Epsilon. It consists of two nodes. Is there another way to remove a system from the cluster setup without using the GUI?
