Hello people just a quick question about the daily schedule of backups for Cloud Backup service. It is not clear within the documentation https://docs.netapp.com/us-en/occm/task_managing_backups.html#viewing-the-volumes-that-are-being-backed-up so here lies the question. "Changing the schedule and backup retention. The default policy backs up volumes every day and retains the most recent 30 backup copies of each volume. You can change to a combination of hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly backups and you can change the number of backup copies to retain. You can also select one of the system-defined policies that provide scheduled backups for 3 months, 1 year, and 7 years...." is there a way to change the time to start the daily scheduled backup? or it has to begin at 00:00:000? Cannot Access my AWS Cluster via Cloud Manager. I tried from Cloud Central and also from within my network. Cloud central = I get "Failed to load accounts" message From the Web Interface within our network " I get a proxy box" Yesterday, I did update the SSL certificates that expired on the cluster. Help please.

Hello, I would like to test the Cloud Sync solution and I am trying to install the on prem connector using the procedure shown at: https://docs.netapp.com/us-en/occm/task_installing_linux.html. After running the script I am able to access the GUI interface. But, when I am in the Setup Cloud Manager screen, I am getting the following error message: "Request contains invalid parameters" (see attached screenshot). In the /opt/application/netapp/cloudmanager/log/server.log I see this message: 2021-05-07 14:37:07,317 EDT ERROR [Initial Setup With Portal ] [QIBc9GXN] [ ] [Alexandre Oliveira] (qtp887068672-364) [GeneralExceptionMapper:67] Request contains invalid parameters. company Please enter a string that is between 2 to 255 characters in length. The string must not contain non-English letters com.netapp.oncloud.rest.validation.ViolationException: Request contains invalid parameters. company Please enter a string that is between 2 to 255 characters in length.
