SnapDrive Windows 6.2P1 (SDCLI) disconnect issue

We encounter the following problem with SDW 6.2P1:
We use SDCLI for mounting successive disks and submit them to the backup software. Randomly the 'SDCLI disk disconnect' takes up to 1 hour before landing successfully.

What could explain this?

What can we do for solving this problem?
