Disk shelf fault -- non-critical condition

Hello All,

We've been receiving some critical "disk shelf fault" alert messages from an older 7-mode v3240 array and after reviewing the environment statuses I'm not convinced that there is an issue. Unfortunately, this system in no longer on support with Netapp and we only have hardware support via 3rd part, so opening a case with Netapp is not an option.  Any recommendations on how to validate the issue?
