Good Afternoon! I know this is an odd question, but has anyone ever requested a material safety data sheet from NetApp? We purchased a refurbished NVRAM battery (271-00024) that we need to ship overseas but in order for our warehouse to ship this item, they will need this document present. We have an old FAS2040 device out of warranty that we are needing to replace the battery on. I have looked all over NetApp's support website and via an internet search without luck. Just thought I try to ask here. Thanks!
