Netapp enginner replaced a disk 11b.17.2 for us. But new disk is 1a.17.2. Is this a problem for it? Why is it not same with the old name? What does HA mean in a disk name? Thanks.

If the disk is not zeroed, how to handle it? Thanks.

By the way, it is FAS3240.

Yes, it is normal. Disks normally have two paths and it does not matter which path is used to address it. Use "disk zero spares" to zero it.
