Where to buy a new controller or battery for a FAS270 system?

I have to high availibity system in my country (Ecuador) and one controller failed on Saturday I tried to change for a controller on warehouse and I found the problem is battery. Both controller spare part and old controller have the battery degraded. and I need a new spare part.

Can somebody help me a contact to buy a new battery from Ecuador. I need a new one I have 4 degraded batteries from spare parts in my warehouse. 

 

I know I can try to charge in CFE but this battery could not reach the 3900 mV to start the controller.

Are you sure batteries are really degraded? This message is normal after unclean shutdown. Let controller boot and wait for at least 24 hours until battery is charged.

At the beginning of this year I changed a battery in other site I tested 3 batteries I got from warehouse in China. using CFE

72: Turn charger off 92: Stop/continue on error
75: Fill for power cycle, burst write 93: Extended/normal test mode

ERROR ENV010678: sensor VBatt failed;
sensor failed to return to normal
measured: 3863mV; upperLimit: 4358mV; lowerLimit: 0mV;
NVMEM battery test .......................... FAILED

 

 

 

As you can see I am getting the charge after activating charge option. I got enough change to start the controller in only one battery. Now the problem is different because I am not getting the full charge and I am using the same battery was installed because I have no more batteries since the problem at the beginning of this year. I just have 3 controller and one of them has different firmware version.
