Can't get Access to SSET Tool

Documents to get the space savings estimation tool (SSET) points to this URL but I don't seem to have access to it. Is there a new URL for this, or is this one broken?

While this used to be located in the ToolChest, I just looked for it there and it's gone. If you have access to Partner Central (prev. Field Portal), you can still find it there by search "SSET".

PM said SSET 4.4 is in development for Windows and Linux. Will be posted to FieldPortal when done.

It's been archived in field portal, but you can find version 4.3 by checking the "show archived" flag under filters on the right side of the field portal page.
