On the Digital Support Team, we are always working to improve support interactions. And one of the most requested improvements is a better search experience. Based on extensive research and your feedback, we are implementing a new AI-powered search engine that leverages more sources and more types of content to provide better search relevance and accuracy. With machine learning, we combine your interactions with our search experience to better understand what you’re looking for, so we can improve ranking, speed, and relevance. These changes will not affect the UI, but you should experience better, faster, and more relevant search results.
