How To Use Amazon Echo As A Walkie Talkie?

Hello friends. First of all, I want to say this is my first post in this community, and I don't know this is the right place or not. Guys, recently, I heard that we can use Amazon Echo As A Walkie Talkie? But, I don't know how to do that. Because I already have an Amazon Echo. Can anyone provide me with any suggestions?
