Hello, Unfortunately, I don't think you'll find anyone here to help get the software as posting it isn't allowed.
Additionally -
You need a valid support contract to be allowed to download software/firmware updates. End of support for the 2240 was March 2021. So it's not possible to get or renew a support contract.
ONTAP licesnes are non-transferable from the original purchaser.
As SpindleNinja has indicated, sharing licensed software is against Community and NetApp policies.
