Hello,
we check FAS panel amber and sysconfig display Flash Cache NVMe failed, EMS autosupport history display callhome.
Why System Manager did not have error or alert?
Not sure how ems event maps to system manager dashboard, but a good practice is to have AIQM (Unified Manager) in place to receive/report the EMS ontap errors. It is a free tool and it can centrally report events/errors for all your NetApp filers. You could check the event severity filter type in system manager (screenshot attached).
Anyway, I guess as the "ASUP" was triggered, NetApp would have arranged a part replacement by now. If not reach out to NetApp support.
