X6589-R6 10G LC SFP in Fas2650 UTA2?

Question

I can't work this out form the HWU,

I think I read on the transceiver itself in HWU that it's only supported on onboard ports. Do the UTA2 class as onboard?

Yes, the UTA2 ports on a FAS2650 -> Onboard Ports & Cables (e0c, e0d, e0e, e0f) are considered onboard ports. Generally, any "e0<letter>" Ethernet port would be an "onboard port".
