Any thought given to go with Discourse?

I followed advise and went to Discord.  It is a horrible interface, and worse in searching for issues or answers.  It is nice that response is immediate, from appropriate NetApp people, that is its major feature.

Has any thought been given to upgrading the Community to Discourse?  I think it may be a way to combine the two separate forums in to one reasonably usable interface.  Just a thought.

Hi Tas! I've spent some time looking at Discourse and how it operates and I like the platform. As an enterprise, there's a lot we have to consider. There are some changes coming to this community in about 6 weeks that I'll share more about once we're closer.

Discord however, fits a space that we don't otherwise have a good option for - a "real-time" conversational community. Forums and a platform like Discord can easily co-exist, and I'm glad that you're able to be active in both places. I have to agree with you though, that search sometimes isn't great there.
