S3 License for Simulator 9.11.1

I would like to create S3 buckets on 9.11.1 simulator. Currently S3 license is not available. What is the process to request S3 license?

The S3 license is available on the NetApp Support Site at the following page. If you have an account, you can download it here.

It also worked without issues in my simulator environment as shown below.
