I'm really new on ONTAP and got the task of expanding the aggregates on C-190 NETAPP storage. I need help in put down the correct steps to expand the aggregates and the volumes presented to esxi cluster. Can anyone help on this ?

Hi! I believe the C190 was sold with fixed configuration - no additional shelves were available.
At a high level - you assign ownership of the disks to a controller, and either add the disks to existing RAID groups (if they're the same size), or as a new RAID group in an existing aggregate owned by that controller, or create a new aggregate.
From that point, assuming you've expanded an aggregate, you resize the volumes. If you've created a new aggregate, you can move the volume to that aggregate first, and then resize it. Use -simulate first, as you can't undo adding disks to an aggregate.
