Hi Rajaram,

It sounds like you are hitting a known issue that can happen when upgrading from 9.1x to newer releases.

You can reference the following Customer Bulletin: SU385 for additional details regarding the issue.  I would recommend contacting NetApp Technical Support to assist you with the issue and help finish the upgrade.

Thanks

Hi Rajaram,

What version of ONTAP are you currently running?  Also what version are you upgrading to?

Thanks

Hi darb0505

Currently running Netapp Ontap 9.1P15. I am upgrading  to 9.3P8D2.

When rebooting neatp it is showing this message:

The upgrade is not complete: an upgrade task aborted. This node is not fully
operational. Contact support personnel for the upgrade repair procedure.

When system node upgrade-revert upgrade it is showing

Failed to install Certificate. Reason: "The certificate has expired."..
