As mentioned before me, there is currently an incompatibility issue between CommVault and AIQUM 9.11 and above.I suggest to open a case with us (NetApp) so we can track this correctly and update you on the progress of this situation. on a community blog we wont be able to share much at this point in time.
I don't know about the team but there is currently an incompatibility issue for AIQM 9.11/9.12 with CommVault software.
Commvault has ceased support for AIQUM 9.11 and above due to failure of API ?snapshot-get-location? (Bug:1549150)

As of 20-Jun-2023, AIQUM team is working to address this API issue.
