Does snapmanger need AAP to connect to DAG ?

Is snapmanager supported on Exchange 2013 SP1 on W2K12R2 Dag without AAP ?

Hi,
That's a good question and we did not seem to have documented this yet, so I have requested we do have a note about this.

To answer your question,
AAP is not supported in SME 7.1

Hi Hans,

sorry for the confusion. I realize I did not write the answer properly.

so, while on windows 2012R2, Microsoft Exchange  supports creating a DAG without AAP. this feature is still not implemented in SME 7.1 and

SME 7.1 does not support creating a DAG without AAP. So far, we don't know if this will change in the future, but as a customer you could request it through the sales channel.
