One of the customers have the following queries:

What happens to onecollect data when uploaded?

The data collected includes sensitive data like IPs, names, etc. So they want to ensure that this data is not exposed.

Is there any information/documentation that i can share with the customer about the above queries.

THE SOFTWARE MAY COLLECT DIAGNOSTIC, STATISTICAL, TECHNICAL, USAGE AND RELATED DATA DERIVED FROM THE OPERATION OF NETAPP PRODUCTS AND SOLUTIONS, INCLUDING DATA COLLECTED IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE (“ONECOLLECT DATA“).  YOU AND NETAPP MAY USE ONECOLLECT DATA FOR  TROUBLESHOOTING YOUR OR YOUR CUSTOMER’S NETAPP PRODUCTS,  SOLUTION PROPOSALS AND VALIDATION, MIGRATION AND UPGRADE ASSESSMENTS, AND TO OTHERWISE SUPPORT  NETAPP PRODUCTS AND SOLUTIONS (“PURPOSE“).
