Any 25Gbps LR SFP28 on BES-53248 in AFF Metrocluster experience

Hello community,

Does anyone have experience with using 25G Long Range SFP28 Adapters on a Broadcom BES-53248 for the Metrocluster ISL?

As far as I can read from the documentation the switch supports 25G SFP28 LR Adapters like the AFCT‐725SMZ from FOIT/Avago. Neither NetApp nor Lenovo list these adapters. Maybe, because Broadcom started listing the adapters as supported since June 2021.

in the past there were always SFPs there where not listed on the List, but if the Switch vendor (Broadcom) support the SFP there normally no Problem with that, you have to buy that SFP external.
