We setup to NetAppHCI 1.8P1 on H300E/S.

 

NDE normaly finish and looks ok.

We running few weeks.

 

But I logged in mnode today.

"One or more vCenter instances cannot be reached, causing some information to be unavailable."

appear GUI.

 

We check ESX OK (PowerON) and accessble of ICMP.

vCenter GUI looks ok( Both (two) esx server running)

You could upgrade HCC to a newer release (if you don't have the latest)  see "vCenter communication resiliency" in:

If HCC upgrade doesn't help, contact Support.

You could upgrade HCC to a newer release (if you don't have the latest)  see "vCenter communication resiliency" in:

OK we understood.

 

We are upgrading now from mnode GUI(hcc).

 

mnode version

from  2.13.38

to 2.16.66

We resolved this problem by hcc upgrade(mnode upgrade).

Thank you so much.

 

We could not see cluster information before upgrade.


But after upgrade we could see cluster information and no alerts on GUI.
