Invalid/NO UserName or PassWord set for Instance

Im trying to setup mysql plugin in snapcenter and I'm having this error when I tried to do backup  "Invalid/NO UserName or PassWord set for Instance ".  Anyone encountered this?  Also do we have a good documentation for mysql plugins in snapcenter?  If you have can you share the link please.

As for the error message, i believe that you have created a case and the below was suggested:

1) Go to the "Resources" Select "MySQL" -> "DataBase"
2) click on "AddResource" button.
2) While Adding resource in the resource settings make sure you have following setting:
HOST : localhost
PORT : 3306

always use Params (HOST and PORT) in capital letter.
