The second edition of CXone Expert Customer Recognition Awards saw the NetApp Knowledge Base (KB) clinch two customer appreciation awards—The CXone Expert Innovation Award and the CXone Expert Most Admired Award. This is the second year in a row that the NetApp KB team has won recognition awards from CXone Expert and their pool of customers.
NetApp’s award-winning Support team is razor focused on providing world class support and exceptional self-service options to our customers, and having a robust knowledge base site is key to enabling our customers find answers quickly and easily to questions they have about our products and services.
We launched our new site, built on the principles of the Knowledge Centered Services (KCS) methodology in May of 2020. Since then, our team of support engineers and knowledge management experts have been continuously improving the site to keep it relevant and meet the evolving needs of our customers and employees.
The innovation award is a true testament to our continued efforts in building ingenious capabilities that
- help our customers and partners get the best self-service experience on the site
- provide our support engineers best-in-class processes to boost their competency and productivity in the field of knowledge management powered by KCS
We are especially proud to have been voted the Most Admired company second year in a row by our peers. Our willingness to think out of the box and experiment with new approaches has set a new standard for content management and elevated us as a leader in this field.
Nice CXone Expert, an AI powered knowledge management solution company, held their second Customer Recognition Awards in April of 2023.
