The Globee Award win reflects NetApp digital support continuing to drive award-winning, shift-left digital support strategy including building Generative AI (GenAI) digital experiences. This win recognizes the recent enablement of Generative AI in the customer experience in Search, in the Case Recommendation Panel during the case creation process, and to support answers within Elio (chatbot/virtual assistant). Additionally, GenAI search results are also enabled in the internal SmartSolve tool technical support engineers use to help resolve customer issues. These efforts drove record-breaking customer satisfaction (CSAT), customer effort scores (CES), site quality and other metrics and added another win to over 30 awards for digital support.
