Hi,
I am new to Netapp Storage systems trying to set back my FAS2020 to factory defaults. While connected through the serial console over one controller the systems asks to press CTRL + C for special boot options. I am trying to do so but nothing happens. The system does not seem to take any commands.
I am connected using putty VT100+, 9600, 8 N 1 flow control disabled.
Any suggestions what I might do wrong?
