Any plans to use other platform than docker?

Docker is pretty much dead on Red Hat at least. According to our security people, docker-ce (manually installed) is a security thread too.

Are there any plans to use other platform than docker for BlueXP?

Hello Jari, 

As of 30th June 2024, RHEL 7 has reached end of maintenance (EOM), while CentOS 7 will reach end of life (EOL). 
With that being said, the Connector is now supported on hosts running the following versions of Red Hat Enterprise Linux with new Connector installations when using BlueXP in standard mode or restricted mode:

• 8.6 to 8.9

• 9.1 to 9.3

Podman 4.6.1 is required as the container orchestration tool for these operating systems.
