I'm currently logged into my community account (obviously) but I can't seem to log into the university to register for some required courses. Are the two accounts linked and is there a way to possibly unlock one that might be locked? There are not any support phone numbers for the website itself. Thanks.
Create a NetApp support site account, required for online training. It’s free, and takes less than 5 minutes to register. If you have an existing Support account, please submit a ticket to the NetApp University Support Team and they'll work to resolve your access issue.
