Yes NS0-164 has replaced NS0-163.

NS0-163 was replaced by NS0-164...but that's old news now.
We've just released NS0-165, which is replacing NS0-164. If you are already scheduled to take NS0-164, you can still take it - or reschedule to take NS0-165, which is based on 9.18.1.

NS0-164 can only be taken if you were already scheduled to take that exam.

164 and 165 aren't that different from one another; 165 has some 9.18.1 ONTAP NF, including:

• ANF/FSxN/GCNV
• Offloading IPSec
• S3 Backup concepts: Snapshots/Snapshot restores
• HA/interconnect encryption
• ONTAP personalities (diff btwn AFF, ASAR2, AFX)
