how can I get the access of Netapp site resources...

We are an IBM business partner starts with IBM N series business.

We need to grow our resources skills and knowledge in IBM N series, as we are new with netapp also, so we need some guidance to get registered and privilege access with Netapp resources.Can some one help us to know for how to get registered Netapp University, and field portal.
