CIFS snapshot / previous versions for administrator only

I've got a Filer in a school environment.  The IT administrator does not want users without administrator permissiosns to be able to use the Previous Versions, or Snapshot folder for restoring data.

What's the right way to lock both of these down?  (Don't want to turn off Snapshot folder if I can help it)
