Configure ISCI initiator in Windows 2012

Hi,

I have configuring the iscsi in a FAS2520 with two LIFS each node. But I don't Know the recommended settings for a Microsoft Windows 2012.

For exemple:

Node 1

ISCSI A - VLAN 5 - Ip 192.168.5.10 /24

ISCSIB - VLAN 6 -  Ip 192.168.6.10/24

Node 2

ISCSI A - VLAN 5 - Ip 192.168.5.11/24

ISCSI B - VLAN 6 - Ip 192.168.6.11/24

Host, with MPIO 

ISCSI A - VLAN 5 - Ip 192.168.5.12/24

ISCSI B - VLAN 6 - Ip 192.168.6.12/24
