Filer is not accessible with host name

I am able to access shares with IP address but unable access with hostname. My filer is in xxx domain and trying to access the filer from zzz domain but it is not working.

My dns info result is

Default domain: xxx

Search domains: xxx yyy

Do I need to add zzz in search domain? If yes, how to add it?

Please make a entry in dns for filer like A record and then try to access it with name.
