Network and Storage Protocols

Fpolicy/nfs

Hello,

I would like to know if it's possible to run fpolicy on a filer that does not have a CIFS license (but has a NFS license), of course, I would like to use fpolicy to 'monitor' files created on a nfs volume only. If this isn't possible, is there an equivalent to fpolicy for nfs (only)?

Thank you,

JI.

Pretty sure you can

try "man fpolicy" from the CLI

fpolicy mon[itor] { add | remove | set } <PolicyName> [-p { cifs | nfs | cifs, nfs }] [-f] <op-spec>[, <op_spec>]*
