From the Syslog Translator tool on the support site:

 

DescriptionThis message occurs when the number of bytes waiting in a connection''s queue exceeds its threshold. This condition could lead to memory buffer exhaustion if a connection''s queue is not being serviced quickly enough.
Corrective ActionIf this condition persists, contact NetApp technical support.

you probably have seen this by now but figure I would pass along just in case. The NBlade message you are referring appears to be a burt.
