How to reduce multipath of LUN to address for AIX upgrade.

Hi Want to remove multipath to singlepath for LUN for AIX server migration, due to multipath its seeing the disks with same PVIDs

I guess you need a MPIO. Multipath software presents the operating system with a single virtual device that represents the active multiple physical paths to the storage.

 

I am not sure what the commands are for AIX, but try this and check if NetApp AIX MPIO is installed?

# lsdev -Ccdisk
