Hi @nabeel1988,

for what I know,  AFF-A800 does not support those protocols for host conection.

@maffo Mellanox ConnectX-4 adapter can be used to extend Netapp AFF A-800  support for RDMA protoclols such as RoCE?

RoCE & iWRAP not available in ONTAP. FC-NVMe available in ONTAP.

If you interested particularly in RoCE, you may be interested in E-Series EF570.

@Damien_Queen Thanks for the suggention, does E series netapp supports ONTAP RoCE 100gig bandwidth with mellanox NIC adapter?

Again ONTAP does not support RoCE (at least for now in 9.4), therefore there are no NIC adapters for FAS/AFF systems supported RoCE.
ONTAP 9.4 does support NVMe over fabrics in the form of FC-NVMe, current FC maximum is 32Gbps.

E-Series storage systems are not compatible with components from FAS/AFF systems, including NIC's.

But E-Series do support RoCE protocol. Not sure about 100Gbps for RoCE.

Also, E-Series support 100Gbps with NVMe over InfiniBand with Mellanox cards. http://www.mellanox.com/blog/2017/11/nvme-fabrics-infiniband-worlds-fastest-storage-network/
