RPC server unavailable is normally due to CIFS not enabled.
Can you try with the HTTP/HTTPS protocol?
On the cmd line
Sdcli transport_protocol set
On the MMC, right click on the SDW instance and choose transport protocol settings and choose HTTP as the default and try.
Let me know if this works.
