UNIX permission to NTFS volumes in C-mode

Hi all,

Since I have encounter some of the problem related to Unix permission to NTFS volume. Here's how it happens:

1/ I have created a NTFS volume

2/ Given export permission as request

3/ Turn the option -ntfs-unix-security-ops ignore

I can mount the volume but not able to cd into the volume. I have tried and tested many different ways but still cannot solve the issue.

Anyone of you have experienced before or have any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?

Thank you.

Regards,

StorageMasters

You need to configure user mapping from Unix to Windows users. Without valid Windows user access is denied.
