Network and Storage Protocols

how to zero netstat statistics

I've changed network configuration and I need fresh statistics data.

There is ifstat -za for ifstat.

There is nfsstat -z for nfsstat.

But how do I clear netstat statistics for protocols (netstat -s)?

(man page doesn't have an answer.)

Did you try the '-z' or similar options?  May have been missed in the documentation. If that doesn't work and no one has responded in the meantime, then try Tech Support.  http://support.netapp.com/

There is no explicit or implicit -z key.

The support stated this app doesn't support zeroing.
