we have a vfiler which is discovered with shortname, without domain suffix.
Now the Configuration was changed and the fqdn is configured, but the dfm database still shows the shortname.
Howto change the nfs vfiler entry in DFM database to respect the domain suffix ?
Error: Can't rename vFiler [shortname] (60915) to [fqdn]: Storage System returned a different name: [shortname].
what to do on the Storage System to get the fqdn
- configured hosts
- configured options dns.domainname
but still get the error
