without Operation Manager tool, anyway to get overal CPU & I/O utilization?

We don't have Operation Manager as such tools to get overal file's CPU and I/O utlizations. Without these type of tools, is there anyway I can present these data?

Sure. You can use some CLI tools like sysstat,or stats for example. Also you can use nfsstat pro nfs.
