Solved: 1327927 - Storage I/Os might get hung during an ATTO inband upgrade

Hello,
We are planning an upgrade for one of our customer and Active IQ show us the risk related to bug 1327927.

Upgrading the Atto Bridge directly via its own web interface will avoid the problem described on this bug?

hi,

yes you can do the upgrade via the webinterface of the bridges without any issue. Also if you upgrade ONTAP to a fix release first there is also no risk.

The issue is fixed in the following releases: (at the time of writing this.
