Aggregate / Raid Group performance

Hi ,

I have 1*DS4243 1TB disk shelf. 1 Aggregate with 2*RaidGroup(10+2) & (9+2)) is better with performance or 1 Aggregate with 1*RaidGroup (18+2)?

it depends on the IOPs request.

As we get more spindles in 18+2 config, i prefer to go with 1 aggr
