I have fas2040 with internal disks , the oncomand sytemMAnager shows as BSAS,
Can I mix these disk with SATA for an aggregate?
both disk are same size and same speed.
BSAS are SAS disks in a SATA enclosure/shelf.
You cannot mixed SAS and SATA together and its certainly not recommended. best practise is create aggr's for each disk type where possible. I would keep then separate.
I read BSAS are SATA disk on a SAS enclosure

You are correct - BSAS is similar to SATA and can be used for Tier 2 storage in general applications.
The various types of mix and match is available in below link
