Unfortunately not - optical ethernet transceivers are always single rate. Please contact your account team to obtain pricing for appropriate transceivers.

No, a 25gbit SFP is 25gbit only.

Do these ports support RS-FEC ?

Typically, the 25GbE ports on the platform support RS-FEC - usually autonegotiated. You'd have to provide specific platform and NIC/card details to get a 100% answer.

Yes most 25GbE SFP28 ports and transceivers including the X65404 model support backward compatibility with 10GbE. However this depends on the switch or NIC firmware and configuration. Check the device documentation to confirm compatibility and required settings.

The NetApp official support statement is that X65404 transceiver is for 25GbE, only.

Not accurate - while dual rate SFPs exist, all SFP28's that NetApp currently sells only support a single speed 10Gb or 25Gb.
